The food on the Taco Bell side and the KFC side are both great. KFC is a unique taste that cannot be duplicated. I cooked for the Colonel all through high school, and I'm in my 60's now. I never got tired of KFC.

My order was totally wrong when I told him at the thing that wasn't my order he told me to pull up to fix it! And that's after waiting 10 mins for the car infront of me he fixes my order and I then wait 30 mins.... 4 burritos! I could have made huge real burritos with all the toppings for less time I stayed in the drive in for... I get it they are short handed and quality people are hard to get but dude I didn't even get an apology. No one felt like the almost hour I spent was worth even sorry it took so long.

To be honest I've had quite a few issues at this taco bell. I go there quite often and the last time I went I was in line for 15 minutes even though there was only one car ahead of me and then took them another 8 minutes at the window. I only ordered a couple items one of them being nacho fries. I was very excited because I love them I got home and realized they forgot to give me the cheese dip with it. The time before that was absolutely horrible... I ordered for my family and when I got home I realized that they had forgotten two or three items that I had paid for. They forgot to give me the chicken taco that I ordered and they forgot to give me the macaroni and cheese that my daughter ordered. The regular beef tacos that we ordered were horrible! The beef was like dried and in chunks. No one could even eat them they were really disgusting. Normally I would call and complain but I tried calling and no one answered the phone.

This Taco 🌮 Bell shares space 🌌 with KFC. The drive thru was slow, but, it may have been because Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 was giving away a free Doritos Locos Taco 🌮 through the Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 app that day. Service was polite and they gave me a lot of napkins. I 🤔 thought the Doritos Locos Taco 🌮 had more flavor than their regular tacos. It needed more meat. Quite a lot of lettuce 🥬 and cheese 🍕. Delivery available through Door Dash. No dine in available.

I feel like because they are slow on a regular basis they put nothing into the quality of their food. I also feel like the managers arent training their employees correctly. They cant do the job right if they never learned the right way in the first place.
Ive gone there after 9 on weekdays and never had this issue. Inside closes at 8 but drive thru stays open late

Sounds like Barbara is an employee. I know how the staff member responded to me and was rude to another customer as well while I was waiting
It does get busy, like rush hour and lunch time they get slammed (most likely because the food is always served hot)
