My friend and I ordered a couple of cold subs. They were made quickly to order, as they were not very busy during a Sunday afternoon. There was a partial power outage to the building, and some equipment was not working, but the crew was genuinely apologetic to customers coming in to pick up hot orders. I also heard them calling customers to make them aware of the issue.

Second chance review, because everyone has a bad day. Had a cheese pizza, Steak&cheese & Italian sub delivered tonight. I must say, all were great and the delivery was fast. Much better then my first experience with this restaurant.

Food was good, restaurant was clean. The only reason for the low rating is due to the fact that one of the people working decided it would be a great idea to talk about her septum piercing and how she could flip it up into her nose and no one could see it. She then proceeded to show her coworkers, all while people are eating in the restaurant. She was talking loud enough, that no matter where in their dining area you were sitting, you could hear her. Never heard the water turn on for her to have washed her hands but when I went up to the counter, she had a pair of gloves on. Completely grossed me out.

Their roast beef sandwiches were pretty skimpy, with their roast beef, especially when their name includes roast beef!! The pizza was very soggy with oil. I had to drain my slice before trying to eat it without dripping oil. We also bought two Greek salads, terrible that they don't QC to remove the brown lettuce. The only good part was the fries, crispy, and cooked well.
