We live with our young children and love the quiet community with friendly neighbors and other children. The office is always prompt with any answers to our questions or concerns and the maintenance man always comes in a timely manner with efficiency and kindness.

We lived in a unit at Windsor Terrace for 3 years and it was great for the most part. We only moved out because we bought a house. We were very conveniently located. Very close to both Concord and Manchester. The grounds were well kept, but dog waste was getting a little out of control when we moved out. In the winter, they plowed very reliably but it was sometimes difficult to find a place to move our cars. The unit was very nice, two good sized bedrooms. We used one bedroom for a work-at-home office. The basement was also a very nice addition. The central air conditioning and heating was very nice, we are going to miss it! Neighborhood was pretty quiet and great for families.

Lived here for 3 years absolutely amazing place to live. You are in the perfect location, right near Manchester and concord, Bedford etc. the neighborhood is like out of a movie, everyone says hi and waves.Neighbors are beyond friendly!! I loved our neighbors!! We were in #95 we LOVED our unit!! We had our own yard facing the woods so it was extremely private! and being on the end so technically only had 1 neighbor. You have a full basement on top of all the space you have in your unit. Amazing add on! Dina the landlord is a riot and gets everything done so fast and efficient with a sense of humor! If you call and leave a message for maintenance they will be there ASAP. Miss this place already. It’s literally a hidden gem In hooksett. I don’t know who owns the property but whoever does you have an amazing land lady!! We’ve lived in a few places and a landlord or management can make or break a place. She makes it amazing! It is clean and they keep up with it. The people are great here. It's a nice area, close to any store or market we need. We like it.
