You can mail them to albany, look it up online. Idk if you need an appt to hand them in in person, but probably
I did not need an appt. I was told to just mail them to the Albany address (look up on site) they send you back a receipt and at that point you can take them off you insurance (Insurance will not cancel without that return receipt)

As far as I know u need an appointment for everything out there.
