John in sales at the Fort Edward store is terrific. If you're in line for a tractor he's the man. Service is ok~ very long wait times (weeks, due to lack of service techs) and a little high priced. I don't mind spending the money on quality service, its when they charge for a service that was explained one way and done not nearly as explained. For instance, I couldn’t figure out why a 50 hr service being done on a tractor that had 38hrs was 460 dollars. When I received a call from the store manager he said," it includes a transmission flush, new oil and filter." Plus he explained other services too; still not sold on the price for service, I went with it anyway. When I talked to the service manager on the phone a few weeks later that was not the case. Transmission filter replacement and oil top off (which was less than a quart). They did however, do a nice job on the warranty repair..

Wouldn't sell me a can of spray paint unless i opened an account. Bought paint at Napa No your "parts guy" wouldn't sell via "cash sale". 2018 was the year i told you to close the account. You did not. Instead you changed it from a charge account to a cash account. In 2003 when i opened my business your services were outstanding. As you got bigger opening more stores your services went down hill. Thus why i requested the account closed. The fact that you didn't proves a lack of integrity and credibility.

We do Not do house calls but we have a Optional Pick Up and Delivery. Give us a Call at 518-636-5580 for them to put you on the schedule to get it picked up.
They were really busy when I was there last week and short handed they someone from another store helpjng out. I know it's hatd but be patient they are super nice and very helpful. Just a little overwhelmed.
