Needed quick service to repair or replace a garage door track bent to heck with a winter storm approaching. Overhead Door managed to get a crew free to come over the same day. The team initially attempted to repair the track (and saving me money) by straightening the damage but it wasn't salvageable. Replacement track was on the truck and quickly replaced. The door was tested numerous times along with adjustments to the door opener. Very professional from initial phone call through the completion of service and a pleasure to do business with.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. From setting the appointment for the estimate, ordering, scheduling the appointment, to installation. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air during this time unprecedented time. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for your help!

So much for prompt service. Spoke to a very friendly lady who said I had just missed the 2 gentleman who could give me an estimate on having an awning installed. It's been TEN days and no one has called me back. Coincidentally, my garage door just broke but I know who NOT to call.
