Blessing an item and making an amulet of protection as two different items. Go into the store and ask for someone who can help with either. They will give guidance on how to protect yourself
Anyone at the shop will he able to give you advice on protecting yourself. To get an item blessed you will need to see specific people so call the shop ahead of time
I am only a customer but I do believe they have people who do this there. I would call the shop before you go to make sure they are available as I think they only come by for appointments and are not there all day every day.
