I recently requested a smaller unit as I didn't believe I needed as much space for my belongings. I was put on a wait list and didn't think that I'd get a call anytime soon but it wasn't a long wait at all. I unfortunately wasn't able to accept it because I was not able to switch my belongings in the timeframe allotted. Valerie advised me she would place me back on the wait list which I again assumed would likely have to wait a long time but again was pleasantly surprised. I received a text about an open unit and called as soon as I got off work. Valerie remembered me from our last interaction and was very helpful and accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend this facility. Every experience I've had with the staff has been pleasant and the facility is secure and very well maintained.

Leasing a storage space has never been easier! Extra Space Storage's website was easy to use and lightning fast to secure a storage unit. My unit was ready as promised, with a lock inside the unit waiting for me. The building was brightly lit and everything was exceptionally clean. I stopped by the office because I had lost data on my phone and didn't have the unit details with me...Thats when I met Aleisha. She runs that place like a well-oiled machine. Stop by and see her! Valerie helped me today to pick the best storage size abd type for my needs. She was so helpful throughout the process and very patient. The place itself is new, has cameras everywhere and it seems very secured. Besides it's easy access to 75 which was exactly what we needed. It was also in our budget. I highly recomend this place. We went in another 3 places before that in that same area and they were the best out of the 4 for sure!

BUYER BEWARE!! They will increase your rent without notice! Do not be fooled by the rates they show you online. I rented a unit in December at a rate of $84 plus the $11 insurance they force you to get and taxes. So a total of 100.88. I enrolled in easy pay so I don't have to worry about paying on time. Everything was fine until March. March my bill increased from 100.88 to 186.48. Fortunately for me we are moving at the end of the month. However, be careful if you need the unit longer. You wouldn't want to spend your time finding a place you can afford, moving all of your things in only to find out later that they go up on your bill by almost $100. I called the office and was told that the rental agreements are month to month so they can go up on your rate during any month. BE CAREFUL!
