What should i do if my parents are not paying enough attention to the dogs, if they are not getting outside their cage and if they arnt getting much food. I know this may be a problem but i am a child and not quite sure about anything

I would not ask the question on Google maps and call ACPS if you're truly concerned that the animal is being harmed.
