Franke faucet water feedline split. So over a nine day period I tried to find a replacement hose at Home Depot, then Lowe's, then 1st Coast Supply, then Noland, then Ferguson. Ordered three Franke replacement hoses, none fit the water feedline I had to connect to. The counter guy at Ferguson had suggested I try Darsco. I was helped by Robbie who then pulled in Mike. After two attempts they were able to provide a hose that fit. Total days 11 days, three hoses, and one solution. Many thanks to Robbie and Mike at Darsco. These guys have everything. At least everything I needed.

I came in with a broken handle for a kitchen faucet and didn't have a brand, serial number or place of purchase, but Mike looked into it for me and was able to determine what brand the faucet was and even gave me a printout with the replacement part number highlighted so that I could order the part, as it wasn't something they were able to carry.
