Warning!!! Do not send your teenagers here, they allowed 3 girls to hop a fence at the same time & run away. They were only responsible for 6 residents at the time I give them no stars And when I went to pick up my daughter’s belongings instead of holding themselves accountable for neglect & say i am sorry, they said have a nice day Thanks my daughter is gone forever, have a nice day!

So disappointed at this place. Came in for help and all I got in return was disrespected. Was told my urine was not hot enough. Which begs the question why would one fake a urine to get into a detox. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place and anyone on the fence should seek help elsewhere.

Some doctor's are passionate about what they do & some doctor's think they are God & literally will look down on you.... It's all the demeanor, I struggle with severe nausea & it interferes with my daily activities as a side effect from taking Bup. I made my concerns known after trying everything I could including home remedy's.... I finally had enough I was on the edge of stopping the bup all together & nolonger being in the program but I had a goal that I was trying to reach....I let my doctor know whom was Doctor Divina... I love her!!! She's sincere & passionate about her job,she listens to hear you & help you... Doctor Beth Gabriel should take notes from her..... I had an appointment today 4/7/22 & had I known that doctor Divina was on vacation,I would've stayed in my bed... Doctor Beth Gabriel was very passive in hearing me when I repeatdily told her how bad I would feel after taking the bup...She ignoring me like oh well...it was damn near degrading..So I would advise her to talk to her patient's & actually LISTEN to help resolve the issue instead of disregarding your patient concern. I almost quit the program today based off her energy. I wouldn't want her treating my loved ones.. There's room for improvement with her. So I give 1star because it requires you to do it in order to leave a review..... Doctor Divina & the rest of the staff are amazing & are not quick to judge you.❤️

Limiting the gratitude that I have for Gateway to only five stars somehow feels unjust. For someone who struggled with addiction for the past 34 years I now have hope! I am truly grateful to gateway and all of gateway staff! God sent me to the right place at the right time. If you struggle with addiction and you are humble enough to truly surrender yourself to a program this is the right place! Each level here is awesome starting with detox going through the residential program, the staff here really care about the individuals.

Can i visit today
No smoke free facility :(
Call gateway press option 3 ask if you can get into detox and if there is a bed available
Yes I went in with no ID
Jennifer Russell ? She’s the worst
I’ve spoken to several staff members in detox, inpatient & outpatient programs and each one has been caring, respectful & helpful.Without Gateway, I might not have my daughter or grandson. We have had a lot of interactions with them over the last 3+ years & they will go an extra 10 miles for a client if that person is willing
CALL UP THERE AND SEE IT'S ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT NEED AND WANT HELP OR TRYING TO GET THEIR KIDS BACK AND STAY OFF DRUGS
Bring your clothes, cigarettes if you smoke, and your phone. You can bring higiene stuff. Nothing with alcohol in it such as hair spray and hand sanitizer. No kind of medicine. Not even over the counter.
Yes
The only requirement is to want help. They don’t require insurance either.
It’s hard sometimes to get a rehab bed directly after detox but they try really hard. They do not require insurance.
REALLY NOT SURE WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY SON I WENT IN THERE IN THE MORNING TIME I GOT SICK AND TIRED DOING THE SAME THING
Yes
They were last winter; I don’t see why it would change. Both Gateway & River Regions have worked really hard helping our family get the care my family needed
It depends on why you're waiting. Yes if you're waiting for intake. If you're waiting for someone to be discharged, you usually wait outside after hours. God Bless and good luck!
Because they said I failed two drug test for Marijuana so I had to go to classed and meetings, etc come to find out I was clean passed both urinalysis and the reason they fail me I was told by the counselor wad because I was on medicaid at that time and if medicaid paid they got $140 a week if I was self pay it would have been $20-30a week gateway is into medicaid fraud
Absolutely they do! But you only get out of it what you put in!
There is no way that you can detox and still go to work. Unless whoever you are referring to can go through the whole detox process, THEN follow up by outpatient treatment, will there be any chance of success. You must go through detox and you must follow the protocol!
You can't visit patients its not allowed. but you can drop things off to them. Like money(make sure its change) and cigarettes. I hope this helps you out
Im not sure but the subitex program im in is free. They do a paying scale but if you have nothing i expect it would be free. They dont turn people away.... I hope this helps you out
Go through the detox its 3 to 7 days depending on how long you need to be there. If you decide to do outpatient (like i do) you have to do 4 mandatory meetings. Then more meetings but they aint all that bad. You have to take urines if you go on suboxen or subitex(its a free clinic). If you do the inpatient program they house(on there property) you do meetings all the time you also get suboxen and subitex. They also do the vivatrol shots inpatient or outpatient but Im not sure if they do any other stuff like methadone. Gateway saved my life i met so many fantastic people there and the staff is great and amazing and very caring. I hope i gave you enough information
We don't because this is a Treatment facility
Gateway doesn’t require insurance
Call them to set up evaluation. Yes they offer if you qualify.
Tasha, no insurance needed. As far as what do they give you to help, elaborate please.
I believe that they do
Yes. If you go through detox and or residential or outpatient services.
Yes, just go to the the detox entrance (Assuming that is where he is) have them in a bag with his name on them. They will make sure he gets them.
