If you're approved by JTA, it's $3, one way. They go anywhere that regular JTA buses go, but it's door-to-door. Also, I believe the hours are more flexible.

My suggestion to you would be to buy a (universal bus pass). Or download the( JTA live application ) that way you can buy them at a kiosk or any other Outlet and the JTA application will give you the bus routes all over town plus real-time information to where your particular bus is in relation to where your bus stop is ....it's great I use it all the time. It's for free in the Google Play Store.

The paratransit does run on major holidays. When the buses do, they run on a Sunday schedule

Well, you have to file the proper paper work with JTA. Then, you do a meeting where they assess your needs for paratransit accessibility. Once all that is done, the price is either $3.00 or $3.50 depending on your status. However, this service takes you from anywhere to anywhere inside Duval county without having to transfer busses. So if you qualify, this is a great service.
