There online page is incorrect. Can only drop off strays from 8am to 11am. And the regular side closes at 5pm most days
They only do intake to bring in animals from 8-12 Tuesday thru Friday and you must pay per animal to give them up. I believe this doesn't apply to strays but there's lots and lots and lots of rules and stipulations about bringing in animals DO YOUR HOMEWORK! The lobby is open Tues-Sun but I cannot confirm the exact time
