Good luck iv been calling about a starving dog that was dumped at a park for a over a week and nothing has been done nor can i get anyone on the phone.
Call (904) 630-CITY. It will get transmitted to Animal Control. Try calling the Humane Society, they may have volunteers or agencies that handle wild animals. The rabbit may have been attacked by a dog. Sounds like its domesticated.
