It is not crowded at 5 p.m. on any day. Very crowded for lunches.

No buffet. 2 big round tables for 8-10 people.

No buffet. Not sure on crowd after 5pm on a Monday but Mondays are typically slower night for restaurants. Yes but highly recommended to call in advance to let them know. 2-3 round tbls can prob seat 8-10.
