My daughter has celiac disease and various other allergies, and I can't tell you how thankful I am that there is a bakery where she can order almost anything on the menu and we are confident that she is safe. We have had their sandwiches and their baked goods and everything is absolutely delicious!!

Twist absolutely saved my life. As someone who struggles with multiple food allergies and therefore has very few restaurants that they can attend, it is such a relief to find a place that caters specifically to gluten-free customers and clearly labels all of their products that contain other allergens to prevent accidental reactions. The staff there (I regularly attend the Burlington location) are always courteous and kind, and several of them recognize me simply by hearing my name or seeing my face (even behind my mask!). The service is always quick and they have rarely gotten an order wrong - and the only instance on which they did was remediated with no problem. If you're looking for an allergen-friendly bakery/cafe with excellent service and a wide, ever-changing menu of delicious desserts and drinks - this is the place for you.

Very cozy vibe and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the latte I got and my cake pop. I would love to visit again and try their food, it all looked and smelled great!

First timers at Twist, we used the take-out service. The food was fantastic! We ordered Chicken quesadilla, Parm panini, and Grilled cheese -- all delicious! Followed by deserts, all nicely packaged for easy take-out: German chocolate cheesecake, Lemon bar, Chocolate cupcakes and a speckled cake pop-- all delicious! Great food and all GLUTEN FREE! We recommend!
