Ordered 2 bras 5/30/22 and picked up in store. Was told they don't make demi bras any more, almost exclusively balconette and full coverage. One bra was fine and the other didn't fit well so I asked to exchange that one for the same color in the other bra style. Was told no problem, it will be shipped to my house for free. Exchange was fine. Bra arrived and it was a different color. Find out that bra doesn't come in the color I asked for, so basically the sales associate just picked a different color and didn't tell me or ask if that was okay. Used Live Chat to figure out the issue and the person kept linking me to bras I had already told them I was not interested in, even after I told them to stop. They finally emailed me return postage and said they would issue a refund once the item was returned. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and I would be contacted "within 1 day." 2 days later no one had called or emailed. I tried Live Chat again and the person ignored my questions, told me they escalated the issue and I would get a call within a couple business days. It's been 2 weeks and no one ever called. I've worn the other bra I bought 5/20 a couple times, it's just okay, fits fine but underwires squeak. I washed it on delicate for the first time today. I never dry my bras. It's falling apart. Threads everywhere, fraying, and the inner cups are wrinkled now and it looks awful when worn. CALLED customer support this time and they issued a refund and said they would waive the return fee (I'd hope so since this item is falling apart). Was told they escalated again and to "rest assured" someone would contact me about it. I'm not holding my breath, and super disappointed that the place I used to exclusively shop for bras now has awful customer service and item quality. Update, Lane Bryant replied to this review at one point (they have since deleted their response) and said they would reach out to me. No one did, even after also saying that multiple times when I talked to customer service online and on the phone. They'll just lie to you. It also took over a month for my refund to be processed.

For decades, I’ve always had pleasant interactions with LB sales associates across the country. I even worked for LB myself back in the 90’s. But yesterday, I had the worst experience with their salesperson, Tammy. I was trying to process a few returns, and had a question on their return policy (which seemed new). Instead of trying to explain their policy to me, or even tell me “no”, which I would have respected, Tammy became very agitated and told me to “just calm down”! She then pushed me off to her manager (who was extremely helpful!). The funny thing is that I was completely calm and in a great mood!! LB, please fix your Human Resources issues!! There are lots of competent, respectful people looking for good jobs!! That was my last time visiting your Wayside Commons location. So disappointing.

They are always helpful, searching the rack or backroom for sizes looking for...never had any issues when picking up or returning stuff for wife. Also helpful at Cacique side during Valentine sales.

I absolutely loved my experience at this Lane Bryant . I went there to look for a work outfit for upcoming interviews and I picked out a couple of things from clearance and just wasn't too sure what I wanted for a look. Well Judy or Judith a worker there came over to me and asked if she could bring me a couple of things to try and I was like sure ! Well she brought me the most comfortable work pants I've evvvvver tried and an adorable work top that still maintained a professional style . She had so many wonderful tips and items she picked. I really can't say enough AMAZING things about her . Like you guys at Lane Bryant should give her a raise because I walked out of there with over 300$ in business clothing! I will DEFINITELY be back and I hope she's a part of your company forever in someway . I felt totally comfortable and she stuck with the style I wanted but I left there with AWESOME clothes. I felt wonderful and ready to take on anything! She's probably the best clothing store associate I have EVER dealt with. She gives a great name to your company .

If I understand your question correctly, two. Cacique, the bra and panty portion and then Lane Bryant. But it's all one store.
