Great experience at Mercedes Benz of Burlington! No pressure at all. Joel, sales person, was very relaxed, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Great experience with the finance office as well. Vanessa completed the sales paperwork flawlessly. She explained everything clearly and was pleasant throughout our experience during the transaction. The dealership is also amazing. Very well set up, beautifully decorated with photos of Mercedes Benz throughout the years! Nice customer service area with complimentary espresso bar and breakfast items. Overall great experience and very pleased with the car.

Surprisingly the service was astronomical management and the sales person was extremely professional polite and courteous. My friend bought a Mercedes bin Baltimore city's bins we wasn't in there one hour.. The car was fantastic and the whole deal went by pretty good it won't be 100% conclusive until Wednesday but it's a done deal and again the service was 5 star all day
