Actually, I give negative stars. I was taken to this inhospitable hospital by ambulance. My legs had been getting very weak in the days prior and I fell a couple of times as a result. On this day I was with friends and I had a couple of beers when the same thing happened. I was nothing close to intoxicated! I sat and then laid on the ground to avoid injury. At the hospital the staff put me in a room and left me for over an hour without taking vital signs, offering me water or even checking on me. They had made the assumption that I was drunk because they smelled alcohol on me and they never checked to see what was causing me to be weak in the legs. I found out a few days later from a caring hospital. This could have been someone with alcohol on their breath and died in that room due to unprofessional, assuming people. Who knows if it maybe has happened? I’m on medication and doing fine now.

I was Transferred from Lahey Peabody to Lahey Burlington where I saw Dr. Andrew Larsen. After a week of not receiving proper care in Peabody it was a heart warming feeling of seeing Dr. Larsen where I received proper care! I was supposed to have a follow up appointment with him 4/25 however it is too far away from my work and the issue has been resolved so I canceled that appointment. However if I find myself in another similar situation I will absolutely be making an appointment with Dr. Larsen

Went in for a routine checkup on my ears because I have tubes in my ears. The doctor wanted me to take a hearing test as I am a relatively new patient. I had taken one before and I know my hearing was impaired before the tubes were put in, but also had verified that my hearing was corrected due to the tubes. I took the hearing test anyway as I figured it was not a big deal and if the doctor wanted it I would not question them. I also had some wax removed from my ear during my short appointment to check in with the Dr. My actual care was fine, my problem comes from what I was billed. I ended up getting a statement from both the doctor and the hospital. The doctor charged me a very large fee for their time in addition to another large charge for removal of earwax. The hospital also charged me for the removal of ear wax and that fee was more than triple what the doctor charged me. Lastly the hearing test was again an extremely large charge. All of these charges came out to more than a week and a half of full time work at the minimum wage in MA (before taxes). It is absurd how much I was charged for a routine appointment. I called and asked about the charges and explained my frustration and surprise with the cost. I was told the doctors don't know what their patients are going to be charged and thus can't make decisions based on what their patients can afford. It seems that everyone wants to avoid taking responsibility for overcharging. The billing department provided no justification for the size of the charges. They don't need to. I was only told explained how lucky I was that I had insurance to cover some of the cost. I would consider the cost after insurance to still be high and my insurance covered over 2/3rds of the bill. This should not be allowed to happen here or anywhere. If this is what they charge for a routine visit I might start having nightmares about having a more critical visit.

Sitting here for 5+ hours with Covid waiting for an X-ray. Went up to the girl at check in and she was exceptionally ruined. Just wanted to make sure I was still in line for X-ray as an hour prior they messed up two people with the same name. Too bad she is the front and center of this hospital as the nurses and doctors are great here.

It's disgusting because it's not free.
You want infections disease, they’re amazing and yes, they can definitely handle tick borne illness
Good request
Yes. Both the T and LRTA stop there as well by multiple drivers using their vehicles to transport themselves or others publicly.
I should refer you to that department in Lahey.
Enter through the main entrance at 41 MallRoad. Immediately turn left and walk past the auditorium and the second Southeast lobby. Continue into the Southeast hallway and physician offices and the Infusion center will be on your left. There should be greeters in the main lobby who can also direct you. Have a good day!
1 hour or under is $4 Anything after 1 hour is a flat $9
No, visitors are not typically allowed overnight unless it is circumstances such as the patient is critical and on comfort measures only
Mine was set up through the mylaheychart.org web page. They use their own program not Zoom, Meet or WebEx
I've never seen an App. I just go to mylaheychart.org
Sorry. Call them tomorrow
I believe so not to sure .call clinic make appt would be advise good luck
An autopsy isn't always necessary as they provide very limited information that doctors might already have. Medical autopsies are different from the ones you see on TV
I don't know if they do or don't have security cameras, however they do have security officers who will walk you to your car, put air in your tires, jump start your vehicle needing a jump start and help you find assistance for other issues you may have.
Anytime, they just want to remind people that patients need their rest. Typically people visit through out the day and evening.
If your coming in from the parking deck and walking through the front doors it's directly to the back on the left side.
Yes, they are located at both entrances
Absolutely call, if they want you to go see the surgeon they will let you know.
It depends on when you park
Not at lahey Burlington. I think in woburn
You may have to go back and talk to them. Day and time of event could help
Yes
My search on the web does not show when urgent Care clinic in Burlington
Department, no. Surgeon, maybe on call for extreme situations but not for something you can walk in for.
Yes there is. You can find details online
5 pm..in my experience u need to make appointment
That's really something you need to call them about. I'd be surprised if anyone who's monitoring this would be able to answer that for you.
I think it was 8 to 6... Just know that walk-in clinic is no longer in the main building
They hook up an I.V. as soon as they wheel you into the procedure room.
31 Burlington mall Rd, next building over. Lahey pretty much owns that whole block
This place is sorta upscale but not to that level. That's a market they are missing out on, lot of easy money to be made there.
They do have some STELLAR infections disease doctors who can tackle most anything you throw at them
I'm unaware of that but I've not heard of them doing it
Depends on which day. 7 during the week 8 on Saturday and 9 on sunday
Talk to the hospital
2-8$ max they charge is 8$
It's a hospital. Everything to nothing is accepted
Ask the supervisor, they honestly aren't that warm anyways.
Dr Francone. Gastroenterologist TOP-SHELF already promoted. Saved my life. My last hope.
I was operated for Crohns disease. They saved my life. Number ONE hospital. Good luck. Mike
The nurses are great. Most rooms are very good. I think the south wing is newer.
