They do not. They do not accept strays, they only accept owner surrenders by appointment. If you are close to SAFE, as in Clay County, they are going to direct you to Clay County Animal Services.
Safe animal will take kittens as long as there about 8 to 10 weeks old. This place has a good heart ❤️
