I adopted my kitty from the "Cat Lady" at Petsense. Picked my kitty up the 14th and I worked with her for seven days before she trusted me enough I could get close and she'd let me pick her up. She is now a lap cat, rolls over to have her belly rubbed, follows me around the house and now sleeps with me.. took seven days to get her to let me pick her up. I thought she was feral and not trainable and loving. Petsense looks clean and well stocked and animals are taken care of.

I cannot express how wonderful the grooming department is here! My dog is hypersensitive to having her nails clipped and they took her, loved on her and took great care with her as I would myself. I am forever grateful for finding them. They are part of Bubbles’ family! She LOVES her Spa Day! They are really awesome and very very caring with your four pawed babies!! I’ve witnessed it first hand!!! They are precious!!

Manager was very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. The store is immaculately clean. Lots of items in the store if you need anything for pets that's over-the-counter. You can get it there.
