Where is D entrance

Hello Tommie, the "D" entrance to "This Hospital" is the " Do Not Go Here Entrance" sorry to say, but I've been in this area for a year now and have had 2 family members gone here several times.... what a joke of a Hopital, Especially Dr. Strobbe!!! Do Not Trust ANY So Called Dr. Here! please for the safety of you and/or your loved ones, GO To ANY Real Hospital In TAMPA, to get the Correct Care and Treatment that everyone deserves! Pretty sure it's the entrance closest to, or off fivay rd. But please don't quote me on that... Sorry, I couldn't be more of a help
