Spend twenty minutes in the ER with these people, they work like clocks, as a team are thorough considerate and caring, compassionate, yet still find a moment to be reassuring to family.
I got great service
Yes they are incredibly rude and dismissive of patients. I have had several encounters with them, with several family members. They told me my brother was fine and he could just wait like everyone else, he was having a stroke....
I'm currently admitted in this hospital at the moment and I've received nothing short of excellent care, and respect. The nurses are awesome...they all work diligently and they have been amazing.

Was in for 4 days and didn't encounter a single rude staff member. Everyone was efficient professional and friendly.
People who go in with the attitude that they are the only person who needs care. are usually the same ones who complain about rudeness. The staff is still stretched thin due ti Covid, and this is a very busy hospital. If you are rude, you might get a response in kind. I was there for surgery, in ICU,and regular ward, and never once had anyone be rude to me.
The way You act should be irrelevant, they categorize people with their coverage, You probably work their , only good part of that place is cardio thoracic, because their from Tampa, they enjoy killing people otherwise, Rude, snobby, no bed side manners, and they like cusing while on the phone with family and friends, Patel ! Oh and don't bother goin if no insurance, been here 13 yrs. Only good comments are from the brown nosers that work their !!! PERIOD !!!
