I brought my brand new Dodge ram 1500 hemi here to have the bed sprayed with the line-x because of the good reviews . It came here with only 127 miles on it right after I got it from the dealer in Tampa . I was called about 4 hours later after 9 am drop off to pick up the truck when it was ready . When I got in the truck there was 130 miles on it .Somebody put a proximately 3 miles on my truck and they only needed to move it to the back garage and upfront again. Someone took my truck out for a spin without my permission obviously. They had no idea that I have a business tracker that keeps track of my mileage in QuickBooks . When I returned home I noticed scratches on one side by the taillight and the other side on the quarter panel and immediately called. I had previously taken pictures of my truck to show my friends and texted it to them the night before just so they could see the truck. Well I got the truck the scratches were Sami- obvious . You could feel it with your fingernail, so it was deep. The person that put those scratches there knows that they did it , this cosmetic damage to a $47000 truck because of carelessness.When I called notified them of the scratches and that I have proof that they got the truck without any they agreed to have it fixed and took responsibility. So now my next stop is at a collision center to get a repair on a brand new truck because of the carelessness of the unsupervised employees that are working here. I would never trust this business again with any of my personal property. Although the new bedliner is very good and has a lifetime warranty I cannot believe that they would allow someone to take my truck out without permission for no business reason whatsoever. Of course when I asked them about that , she said that the truck never left the lot but I have noted when dropped off that it was dropped off with 127 miles after I parked it in their parking lot. I told the woman that it was brand new and I just got it from the dealer and how many miles were on it. This business should be taking great care of expensive personal property that is given to them and the purpose of a bedliner sprayed on is to protect that surface from scratches. If people are not willing to take care of the outside of the truck how do we know that the work that they were doing inside was any good either. They certainly should’ve put some type of protective padding to protect the outside Visible surface outside the truck to make sure that it would not be damaged while the other process was being completed. Like I stated I have to take my truck now and have it repaired because of the damage that was done to it for a surface that was supposed to protect my truck. I should not have to spend more loss of time getting the truck fixed for a few days because I was simply trying to protect it with a special surface in the first place. Think of the irony in that and don’t take a chance here. They have apparently gone to hell in a handbasket
