I know a female who just had to leave her husband with her two children and they are homeless could they come stay there will they have to pay any money to stay there if so how much

Absolutely she can stay there. It's free as well.

She certainly can stay there with her kids. It costs 2 dollars a night, but you don't have to pay until you leave. There a pretty long lines out here, and the coalition won't admit anyone after 4 or 5 pm (can't remember exactly when the office closes) so she would have to be here early in the morning.
