You'll have to speak with a worker there. Every case is different. Ask about " diversion"
Plain and simple. If you working but don't have a place to go and if you have a family to take care of, don't waist you time going to them. You're not in rock bottom yet. My husband and I went there because supposedly they were the only ones that had room for family that had no place to go after they've rental contract is up and can't afford to renewal or like my husband and I the property manager refused to renew our lease because my kids were being kids during the day playing on they're home. So let me put it this way If your not in drug and sleeping on the streets w/ out a job. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. They took our information to afterwards tell us they can't help, because my husband was working. We got a room at Celebration hotel in Kissimmee FL. They have a Walmart right up the road and a laundry area by the pool. There where many families there transitioning from one place to the next. We had to stay there for 2 months. I will be honest is not luxury but it's nice.
