My father is elderly, can not stand for too long and needs to obtain a FL ID. Do you offer appointments? If not, what would be the least busiest day and time I can bring him?

I'm sorry we do not offer appointments. When you come to our office, there is a safety agent monitoring the entry way to make sure we are following proper social distancing guidelines. Please let the safety agent know your father cannot stand in the line and they will allow him to sit inside and wait. Usually, our slowest times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after 3 pm.

I'm not sure if they take appointments? You can call directly to ask. Otherwise I would have someone bring a folding chair to come with him to help out. Wait is not bad but it was like 20mins for me.
