It's full of pot holes. Idk y ppl hire park managers if they aren't gonna manage anything the right way at least. Most of the residents are nice. They are very nosey though. And don't leave your stuff unattended otherwise they will steal it

Been here 14years now not a bad place ,if you stay to your self . put place needs alot of maintenance ,new owners of done very little to upkeep it over the last 5 years

To much drama. Dirty water. Floods everywhere. And they try to rip you off gives you paper work you cant understand. I keep all my recipients so i know im right. - gina castellano.

I believe it's a 55+ park but they have a few exceptions

RV rent is $370. If you use their elec. Add another $75. To that. I have a 40 ft RV there and use their elec. No problems.
