I’m going into my 3rd year living in The village at Terra Bella. The office staff is great if I need anything they always assist. Everyone in the community is very nice it’s very pet friendly we have a great pool area it’s like a resort and recreation center where you can also invite your family and friends. It feels like home here ❤️ And the dog park is a plus.

This is the second time I am writing review here. It is regarding the excellent service I have received from both the office staff and the maintenance crew. Though I really don't have many issues, as not much goes wrong here, the guys are always there in record time when needed. They do an excellent professional job. I have had dealings with both Irena and Alisla in the office and they are both a pleasure. With all that's going on today its nice to come home and not have to worry about anything. I have found a comfortable home at Terra Bella

We moved here from out of state, and the staff was amiable and responsive. They were always quick to answer any question we had, which has carried over since we moved in. The maintenance staff is very responsive. I put in a work request, went to the gym, and they handled it before I returned home. The amenities are top-notch. I use the gym often, and it is always cleaned and maintained. It's also a very welcoming environment; my neighbors are friendly, but everybody is just trying to enjoy their life. Thank you to the entire staff at Terra Bella for making our apartment a home! P.S. I love the view by the pool

We have been very happy at the Village at Terra Bella. The office staff have been wonderful to deal with from our first visit, thru the application process and after checking in. The amenities are great, love sitting pool side while dinner is cooking on the grill. The grounds are well maintaining and we find the apartment layout inviting & relaxing. Never had an issue in finding parking and the grounds are well maintained.
