If I could give no stars that’s what they would receive . I usually have exceptional service from this location store #2078 . Tonight was the worst experience . All of my food was cold. My burgers were hard and far from fresh. They were cold to the touch. I ordered 4 meals and not one of them was good. Chicken nuggets were cold and so were our fries. I called the store multiple times over a 30 minute period to which no response . Not one person answered the phone in over 30 minutes!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS WENDYS EVER AGAIN !!!!!

It's alright. Not too bad. I ate the chaser salad, the chicken was good with it, thought there would be more than lettuce, probably should have read the description better

Order of 5 items off of Uber, 3 it’s fine, certain products aren’t available super late. One burger was fine, but the other is pitiful. As an old fast food manager, it’s pretty easy to recognize when product has been sitting in the PHU for too long without being replaced. Old chicken, and what I can only assume is old burger meat, should not be served to customers, regardless of how late it is. Those machines have timers built into them for a reason, they go off, you dump and replace the product. I’m sure every employee is taught how that process works. If not, then that’s on management for not training their crew properly. Food was ordered around 12:45am, so it was 100% whoever the night crew is cutting corners. I’m not rating 1 star because one of my items ended up being ok. But come on, not only is it a food safety violation to serve old food, especially meat, but it’s also wrong to serve your customers sub par food you know you wouldn’t eat yourself

The restaurant was filthy! We had to clean our table off because there weren't any clean ones! I can't even discuss the ladies room 🤢 The food overall was okay but it was thrown in a bag. I got a salad. The dressing pouches for it had "something" all over them that was not the dressing! The guy working the register was wearing a Wendy's hat and jacket. He had the hat pulled down and the hood over the hat. He had to tip his head way back to see us! When did that become acceptable? Did I mention the hat and hood were filthy? Enough said! See pictures!
