Has a pool, petting zoo, park, tennis court, basketball court, and a full lake for fishing and boating. You can't launch your own boat but they provide boats for you and your family. Have to pay for the use of lodge if not a part of th community. It has it all. Found this little guy there.

Theodore Mall

An added facility full of wonderful amenities for the whole family for the home owners in this community. Game room, nature room, swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, boating facility, meeting space and much much more. The catch: You must be a home owner or a guest. Of course you pay for the facilities through your assessment fee but it is well worth it.
