Victoria Harting
They’re very professional and kind here. They’re willing to help you with anything you have questions on. Kelli was awesome. Even copied everything for me and wrote notes that way when I get my situation sorted it’ll be a breeze coming back. Great team!

The management of this place is awful. I showed up to the dmv 3min to 4pm. After waiting in line for my turn it turned 4:01pm. That's when the person who manages the place by the name of Terry turned me away. He said I could not get service if I showed up past 4pm. He should have been standing at the back of the line turning people away who showed up not standing at the front. Very disappointed as I drove 30min to get here.

I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The staff are incredibly efficient moving people through very quickly and extremely knowledgeable. This experience absolutely blew me away and this is how a government office should be run. Gary who was the man who helped me what's both friendly knowledgeable and extremely efficient a definite credit to the office he works for. The entrance person who put me on the waiting list was friendly in very professional. Overall a great experience less than half an hour in total.

Federal Law requires all residents to become Real ID compliant. Florida began issuing REAL ID compliant credentials after January 1, 2010. The new credentials have a star in the upper right corner of the card, as shown in the sample license example on the right. Florida is a REAL ID compliant state and all Florida licenses should be accepted nationwide. If you did not have the original certified documents this is why you were required to get them. From what I read Tuesday and Thursday are the least busiest. I went on a Tuesday then a Wednesday. The longest I was there was 20 minutes. I was renewing my driverd license . When I went to register a car it was a Thursday and as soon as I got my number I was called to a window. Both times I was there around 9:00.
