I see Spouses there every day being treated with respect and dignity. Human Services Staff are excellent and compassionate. This is the best Veteran's facility that I have seen so far. Your best bet is to locate another facility. Many employees mistreat the veterans and the DON needs to retire and be placed in a home herself. The ED could give two shots about the place. She covers up alot of issues. Many nurses there document things that they don't even administer as well as a use of medication and missing medication.
