I know it's horrible but sometimes you just gotta go in. You have to go in to get your updated card anyway . Hope this helps you Gloria Graham

Make an appointment online and avoid the long Waits on the telephone. Go to the main site and it should have a section where you can make an appointment for whatever it is you need to do. Good luck!
