Ok ran out of my cholesterol meds . I tried to get a refill, but it had been awhile since I had blood work due to Covid. Totally get that but would not even give me a 30 day supply. Ok so I get blood about 2 weeks then I go to the Dr. Well needless to say , my numbers are not good? Imagine that! So Dr said it was someone filling in ok, so she said she'd have my prescription sent to a new pharmacy I wanted it to go to. Ok next day go to pick it up and it's not there, ok I call pcsb clinic oh there was and error ok can't send it till tomorrow. Ok well when I go next day its at a different pharmacy!!! I go there and they said oh we can't fill it til tomorrow, I said look I was just at the other pharmacy and they said you had it? Finally 20 mins later I finally got it. Please explain how incompetent people are getting these jobs and they can't do them .

Wasn't sure if this was the place to go for something as serious as im going through but im glad i came here ! Everyone was very nice and i truly feel like they care . They even called me this morning to check up on me and i was very happy they did . Thank you so much to the ladies who helped me yesterday around 10 AM .

Rudest staff I’ve dealt with in any doctors office. Literally, the old lady said “good luck” after refusing to take my blood pressure because I was having chest pain and she would have to call an ambulance if my bp was high. You are better off paying the money for a legit doctor’s office. You get what you pay for.

I have visited this clinic three times in the last school year and am very pleased with the level of care, wait time and results. It is close to my home and the cost is covered. I cannot imagine anyone having less than a 5 star experience. Thankful for this clinic and the highly professional staff.
