From by my experience, I’ve had apartment roommate with me at the time get our COVID-19 testing done. We’ve called front desk when we should come in for our testing, front desk lady talked on phone entire time, hung up on callers and then went back to her chat. Which gave my review at least three star, not one and half.

I wrote a review but I cant find it so.doing it againThe receptionist in this building ate out standing They are always helpful and kind Dr Bala is one of the kindest. Caring doctor ever My daughter with Downs syndrome is a patient of his he treats her with respect and is interested in her well being I really appreciate the way he treats her The walk in. Clinic here is also awesome I cant say enough about the staff and Dr Bala. We are blessed that they are here in Lakeland

This clinic used to be great. I recommended it to MANY people. Now it has gotten as bad as their ER. All except 1 Dr and 1 LNP have quit. You can't even get your refills when you need to. This is maintenance meds that I have been on for years.

They do have a walk in clinic
They do have a lab for blood work but they send you out of office for imaging. They do not have an in office pharmacy.
