Gulf Gate is a pet-friendly community. Currently, cats and dogs under 20 lbs at maturity are permitted. Breed restrictions apply and can be found on our website. Limit of 2 pets per home. Small animals continually kept in a cage or aquarium like fish, birds, and other small animals are welcome at no additional charge.
Maybe they changed their policy but I live there with 2 cats and my understanding is one least one buildings you can have dogs
When i applied there they said absolutely no pets and my friends that live there cannot have pets. Maybe they have a special apartment or building in the complex where they allow it? You never know so it is worth giving them a call and asking to make sure. Other than that, the place is nice.
