BOLD has exactly what I was looking for when apartment hunting in the beautiful Sarasota including a convenient location, modern and clean living spaces, and great staff. The entire BOLD team has made this transition super easy by answering my questions and meeting my needs as a tenant. Moving to a building during a pandemic came with its concerns but BOLD is taking multiple health and safety precautions. Highly recommend!

This place is just awesome. I have a 2br and its perfect. The amenities are wonderful, and the areas around the grounds are beautiful. The concept this place offers for entrepreneurs is not only ideal, but functional and it works. There is no over/micromanaging of the property, and I am treated with respect.The location is perfect and you just can't beat that or compromise if you want to be in downtown Sarasota. I came from another downtown bldg that was also very nice, but nearly 1k/mo more for a 1br w a den. I highly recommend!

My wife and I were two of the first people to move into this building. It has been awhile since we lived in an apartment (only single-family homes for the past several years), so we were a little worried about living in a multi-family building again. However, after a month of being here, all I can say is that we absolutely LOVE living at BOLD Lofts. The building is still receiving it's final touches - like landscaping and such - but overall the building is extremely comfortable, clean, and stylish. We love the giant murals painted on the outside of the building, and love the security-gated parking garage. Our dog loves running around the dog run, which is conveniently located right next to the BOLD Cafe so I can pick-up a coffee while walking him in the morning. The pool deck is huge, with lots of furniture, and there's a cool gazebo with a wet bar, fireplace, etc., which will be perfect for summer. Downtown living has been amazing. We walk everywhere and haven't had to put gas in our car since we moved here! The nice part about the location is it's on the south side of Fruitville Rd, meaning you don't have to cross any busy streets to get to the downtown restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We keep our bikes in the garage's secure bike storage room and have already rode to the bay front a few times. The other plus about living at BOLD Lofts is that you get a FREE membership to the adjacent BOLD Cowork space. This means you can go next door and use the open / shared office space which has WiFi, conference rooms, event space, a photo / video production studio, and other shared amenities. They also have private and shared offices available too. I have an office there, so my work commute is about a 2 minute walk now that we live in BOLD Lofts! Lastly, regarding the apartment unit itself: it's nice. Way nicer than we were expecting based on the price. I'm including a couple of photos from when we first started moving in to show the finish. We have a 1-bedroom / 1-bath (which is actually big compared to other 1/1 apartments we've seen) and it has a really nice kitchen (stainless appliances), washer/dryer closet, and huge living room. There's also a patio which overlooks the pool. The bathroom has a double vanity and great lighting, and the bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and large dresser. The walk-in closet is massive and has plenty of shelving. I'll post an update to this review after we've lived here for awhile, but that's our 1-month experience at BOLD Lofts.
