Non-responsive customer service. Complete lack of compassion for faulty equipment. Constant disregard of tenants concerns and requests. Dismissive and rude attitude when asking for compensation or action to rectify issues that fall under their responsibility. Lazy management that can't be bothered to expedite requests and concerns from tenants. STAY AWAY! OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT!

Extremely disappointed with Management. As a whole, they have repeatedly proven a shocking inability to respond and rectify any and all issues to which they are legal bound and obligated. Should you actually receive a reply, likely after a lapse of time, be prepared to be met with contempt and/or lack of empathy. Honestly, the better title would be Mismanagement, because customer service and overall care do not seem to be paramount here.

This place has the worst customer service and not responsive to customer care at all. Not willing to work with tenants even when major repairs to there equipment go down....... Do not recommend! Blue Heron Apartments is way better!

It's a little pricey worth it . TV and wifi is included
The cable and internet is $109 per month and is added to the rent amount. The cable is very limited and goes out often. The internet is ok.
