I had researched the Ebike I wanted to buy & Florida Ebikes happened to sell them. The salesperson, Brian was excellent to work with and he had my bike all set up & ready to go when I purchased it. The owner agreed to match the price I had found on the internet. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for an ebike.

I have been looking at e bikes for a while before l stopped in this store.I am so glad l did! The staff was super helpful and did a great job helping me pick the correct bike for me.they did not just want to sell me a bike they wanted to sell me the RIGHT bike for ME. The owners spent time with me making sure l understood everything about the bike. I absolutely love my new bike and I am so glad l found this shop!

Very professional, very helpful, knew his job well. Good attitude and very pleasant. I recommend Florida ebikes to anyone serious about their e-bike, or looking to purchase a new one. From the lowest entry tier to the highest professional build, Florida e-bikes has very competitive pricing. The bike mechanic was a wealth of information, which he gave freely and without the usual arrogance and air of contempt, associated with most cycling retailers. I"m not sure what the question is, but in regards to Rad Power bikes we do not sell nor service them. They are strictly an internet only bike AND we get between 5 and 10 calls a week from Rad owners with problems with their bikes. My advice,always buy an electric bike from a brick and mortar store, its safer and you get service and peace of mind..
