On a recent Weds night we went in to get our ring resized and waited for the two older ladies to finish with other customers (they acknowledged us and knew we were next) but then when one finished they tried to take someone else. The other customer said “no, they are first”. In short, the older employee basically asked what we needed and it wasn’t important enough to take us and instructed the other employee to take the other new guy first. We had dinner plans at Capital Grille for our anniversary and couldn’t wait around forever so we walked out frustrated… I try not to write bad reviews but seriously!? These ladies have no clue what customer service is and genuinely don’t care about people. Never again. Went to Zales and got served immediately with a smile no matter how simple the service.
