Such nice people. I receive a bracelet as a gift that had not been worn in years. Being very excited I put it on but could not get the safety clasp open to remove the bracelet. I walked in the store thinking my bracelet needed a repair. A lovely woman and kind young man (maybe mother and son?) showed me how the tiny safety clasp functioned. No repair needed. When I offered to pay for their time they declined. How refreshing to be treated so well. Thank you Coffrin Jewelers.

This review is purely for Dan, the appraiser. Was an absolute jerk when I asked the logistics of getting some gold appraised. Hung up on me mid call when I asked if there’s any way to leave my jewelry I wear every day with him for less than a week Dan, that’s certainly not a way to gain business in this very well connected network of sarasota, nor a very solid sales tactic
