The worst SSDI firm in the area. They took all my info. Called me 3x each day. Rheumatoid arthritis plus spinal curvature, IBS, I'm 61. They ONLY care how much $$$$ they will make off your case. Mr Morgans little emotional statement when your on hold is so touching yet such bull.... I would give zero stars if allowed. Definitely seeking other counsel don't trust them!!!!! I have medical evidence and this is NOT something I wanted to do however my pain level from R A has been horrific, records to support, and I merely emailed them for advice. They are like robots with the same questions over and over trying to figure out if a case can earn them a buck$$$ How do I live if I can only earn $1350 or zero $ while case pending with outstanding bills. I told rep that I would be homeless They DONT CARE.. It's All about how they profit off our cases, Morgans are fake

There are attorneys at Morgan and Morgan who will sue for unpaid wages
You can try to file a wrongful termination lawsuit. You should get your paycheck for any hours you worked before your termination. But they may send it to you in the mail depending on how long ago it was. You can call Morgan & Morgan's 800 number and see if you have a case. I also know Lancaster & Eure in Sarasota does workman's comp/wrongful termination cases. But you have to have a good case with evidence. The burden of proof is your responsibility.
They will take at least 40% of your settlement. There are cheaper attorneys! I'm still waiting for 20% of my settlement they held back for unforseen "costs" 90 days after my case! It's been well over 90 days!
