No. There is figure skating as well as public skating and birthday pargies
How much does what cost? Public skate. Stick and puck or pick up? Do you need to rent skates?
Usually it's 2 dollars more if you're renting skates.

Unlike the Galleria Dallas ice rink. The Starcenter's public skating times change time to time. All I can say is go to their website and check. I recommend going here too cause it isn't too busy and much cheaper than the Galleria. Plus, it has better ice.
