Unlike the Galleria Dallas ice rink. The Starcenter's public skating times change time to time. All I can say is go to their website and check. I recommend going here too cause it isn't too busy and much cheaper than the Galleria. Plus, it has better ice.
Can you just ice skate without being a hockey player
They vary you need to look on the website. It's no guarantee that they will start on time if a game runs over it will shorten public skate time
