Nice, a little bit outdated

First, I'm a renter, not an owner, so my experience is limited to that. The reviews posted almost stopped me from renting here, so I wanted to offer a fresh perspective. Thankfully my experience here has been much better than the other reviews posted. The front office staff I've found to be kind and accommodating, especially Dan. The tow policy seems to be well documented and I haven't had any negative experience as of yet with that, despite having guests park there car overnight here. I find the property to be well kept overall and the mix of people living here is great. It ranges from single professionals, to young families and a fair number of retired people. The heated pool I love, and is something I didn't find done by a lot of other more upscale locations, and the hot tub is also great to have. And it's a beautiful area to socialize and spend time with friends and family in. The only constructive feedback I have is on the pool and community center hours. The community center is open something like 9:30 - 4:30 weekdays I believe, but closed on weekends and nights. And the pool during the 4 winter months is open 7AM - 7PM and during the other 8 months 8 AM - 8 PM. These hours make no sense to me, especially a community center with so many young professionals and families living here, not being open on nights or weekends. And the pool closing so early also doesn't make sense to me. My guess is the pool hours were set early when this was first opened, and now it's hard to approve changes to them because the owners by the pool don't want the noise. Really too bad given the size of this complex, and it doesn't make sense why they can't at least extend those hours some on weekends. But I knew the hours before I moved in. They also have a pedestrian gate to Nathan Benderson park and to walk to UTC, and that is open 24/7 and is fantastic. I can walk to UTC in less than 10 minutes and I can be in Benderson park in minutes. Overall my first 4 months here have been great and I will update this if my experience changes.

Nice condo! But scary to see these elderly Karen’s laying in the bushes videotaping residents children, husbands, wives and families and then taking videos directly into residents condos.

When I tell you I cannot wait to move, I truly mean it. These people are not only insanely egregious, it’s almost seditious how they enjoy punishing their residents. My car was towed from outside my home for expired tags. What should be no business of a condominium association, they have weaseled it into the fine print of your contract and do not explicitly state on any tow signs throughout the community. The lady and the gentleman at the front office (extremely sarcastic and rude individuals) bared no remorse or concern. In fact made it a point in the conversation to ask me my birthday and assume my tags were most likely expired in a reprimanding tone, as if that was reasonable cause to take a persons car away from their home without even a warning. I have the most incredible land lords anyone could hope for, but I now see why they would be looking to sell and choose to rent the location in the meantime. The time, money, and heartache is just not worth it. Look elsewhere before deciding on this location.

Are businesses permitted to be run out of a condo. I live near a unit that is using the condo as beds for trainees. They have several people moving in and out, staying 4 nights then replaced by different ones.
