I stopped by only to check on the status of my application on their waiting list. I had to do another application, which I'm still working on. Looks like a nice place & I really hope to finally get an apartment there.

If you already filled out an application, you can call & ask management. I completed & mailed mine in. But if you want to get an application to fill out or find out about where you are on the waiting list, they seem to prefer that you stop in at the Arbor Village office at the back entrance of the small building in front of the apartment complex at 2901 Fruitville Road. It's located just a bit (east) past Fruitville and Tuttle.
Not a community. It's an apartment building. Apartments are gorgeous! Very modern and beautiful! Subsidized? Yes, they take section 8 and no income. However, be aware that if you have some income you may have to pay full price.
