Never had a issue with their service until today. Found a deep scratch on one of my black rims before I left . Called immediately and reported the damage… spoke to a lady named Eunze. Basically stating they are not responsible and no action will be taken. NEVER AGAIN and I hope one day they will be responsible when it comes to their customers
