Tampa Honda and that Service Manager @joksamocasio by far some of the most crooked individuals in the car industry! Dropped my 2010 Crv off thursday to get fixed for several different noises, they said its $2000 to have it fixed.... kool no problem, i pick up the crv yesterday and as i soon as i turn the steering wheel i still hear some of the noises.... the mechanic acts like he doesnt hear the noises, i speak to joksam ocasio (manager) n he assures me they’re going to take care of it. Send me home in a loaner at noon. They call at 5 saying they replaced some broken sway bars, vehicle ready to pick up next day. Soon as i pick up my crv, i still hear noises around the tires/suspension, now the mechanic says oh that noise, that might be your right strut, you should call whoever you bought the struts from to see if it has a warranty. Thats what i brought the car to honda” the professionals” for. To get it fixed. Not to tell me to call the manufacturer after yal take 2 grand from me. Now
Unlike other locations I had a good experience with the service team. No one tried to sell me anything or make pay, buy for additional service I was scheduled for.
No you can not get good services there i took my car there for a recall on my air bags !! I pick up my car i have a crack windshield and my air bag light is still on now they want me to bring it back on monday
