My Spouse needed a new vehicle, and I have to admit, the car wasn't all that great, but they still worked with us and got us a basically brand new Honda Civic, 2020 with basically 9k miles, and they managed to work with our monthly payment with a problem, Brandon over there was Completely awesome and easy to talk to, and made sure that we were able to comfortably pay off the car. Wonderful dealership, amazing salesman (Josh). We looked all over the southeast to try to find a car after mine was destroyed in an accident. I had my car brought in on a Friday to Tampa Honda. I'm a first time customer & was a little nervous. Diego at the service dept patiently explained the entire process to me for servicing my vehicle. Even tho he mentioned my car most likely wouldn't get serviced till Monday, yet to my pleasant surprise, he had my car serviced and fixed the same day! I was relieved I didn't have to go without my car over the weekend and he even gave me a break on the repair cost. Win Win indeed. I'll definitely be using Tampa Honda on Florida Ave for future service on my car. Thanks again Diego and Tampa Honda for making this a smooth and pleasant experience!

Everything went smoothly for my service visit. Chris in service dept was great. He went extra effort to get me a loaner car while mine was being serviced. More importantly he spotted a service item highly recommended and pushed by a previous service advisor was already done during my previous visit, which saved me over $1000. I have nothing but praise for Chris. The only reason I left 4 star is because previous advisor.

Tampa Honda and that Service Manager @joksamocasio by far some of the most crooked individuals in the car industry! Dropped my 2010 Crv off thursday to get fixed for several different noises, they said its $2000 to have it fixed.... kool no problem, i pick up the crv yesterday and as i soon as i turn the steering wheel i still hear some of the noises.... the mechanic acts like he doesnt hear the noises, i speak to joksam ocasio (manager) n he assures me they’re going to take care of it. Send me home in a loaner at noon. They call at 5 saying they replaced some broken sway bars, vehicle ready to pick up next day. Soon as i pick up my crv, i still hear noises around the tires/suspension, now the mechanic says oh that noise, that might be your right strut, you should call whoever you bought the struts from to see if it has a warranty. Thats what i brought the car to honda” the professionals” for. To get it fixed. Not to tell me to call the manufacturer after yal take 2 grand from me. Now
